Secondary market (no whitelisting needed): thBILL is available on DeFi venues across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and HyperEVM — including Morpho, Pendle, and Hyperliquid. Connect your wallet, select the thBILL pair, and swap. Settles on-chain immediately.

Minting (whitelisting required): Whitelisted participants can mint thBILL with USDC (or USDT via Zodia Markets¹) on Ethereum mainnet. Settlement takes ~4 business days via the ULTRA fund issuer. Non-whitelisted wallets cannot access the mint flow. To request access, contact the Theo sales team via "Get in Touch" on <a href="https://theo.xyz" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">theo.xyz</a>.

Secondary market (no whitelisting needed): Sell thBILL on any DEX or DeFi protocol where you acquired it. Secondary market prices may differ slightly from NAV — this is standard for tokenized Treasuries. Users without whitelisting must exit via secondary market.

Redemption (whitelisting required): Whitelisted participants can redeem thBILL for USDC via the ULTRA fund issuer (~4 business days).
