Theo Will Never DM You First

No Theo team member will ever message you first on any platform. If someone DMs you claiming to be from Theo and asks you to connect a wallet, send funds, or share a seed phrase — it's a scam.

Common Scam Patterns

  • Fake support agents asking to "verify your wallet" or "sync your account."

  • Phishing sites with URLs that look similar to Theo (e.g., thee0.xyz, the0-network.com).

  • Fake token airdrops in your wallet prompting you to visit a malicious site.

  • Impersonation accounts on X or Telegram.

Staying Safe

  • Never share your seed phrase or private keys. Theo will never ask for them.

  • Check the URL before connecting your wallet or signing transactions.

  • Review transaction details in your wallet before approving. Reject anything unfamiliar.

  • Use a hardware wallet for significant holdings.

Spotted a scam impersonating Theo? Report it through support with the URL or account details.
